Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
- Returns are not accepted
- Warped records cannot be returned or exchanged. New records may inevitably come with a slight warped due to imperfect pressing and distributor storage.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, as all vinyl is carefully described before purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your record arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at TheOtherSide021316@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage or incorrect item
- A photo of the packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund given that the goods comply with the agreement.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
Limitation of Liability
- With respect to the goods delivered by us, we shall only be liable for material and/or construction faults in the goods that must have been discovered within 3 (three) days after the date of delivery.
