Shipping Policy

Domestic (Malaysia)

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Standard shipping via Pos Laju or J&T Express: 3–7 business days — RM8.00 flat rate.
• Free standard shipping on orders above RM200.
• Express shipping (1-2 business days): RM15.00.

International

• We ship to Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and selected countries via DHL or Pos Malaysia International.
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Side B Records is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

Packaging

• All vinyl records are shipped in rigid cardboard mailers with corner protection and inner padding to prevent warping or damage in transit.
• We take packaging seriously — your record will arrive the way it left us.
