What genres do you carry? We stock a carefully curated selection across Rock, Jazz, Soul & R&B, Electronic, Classical, and more. New drops happen every Friday — follow us on Instagram to stay updated.
Are your records new or second-hand? We carry both. It will be shown on the listing so do keep an eye out.
How do I know if a record is still in stock? All listings on our site reflect live stock. If a product shows as available, it is in stock. We recommend checking back often as popular titles sell out quickly.
Do you restock sold-out titles? Sometimes, but not always — vinyl restock depends on what distributors and suppliers have available. Turn on notifications or sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when a title comes back.
Can I pre-order upcoming releases? Yes! We list pre-orders for upcoming releases when available. Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase and shipped on or shortly after the official release date.
Do you buy or trade records? At this time we do not offer a buy-back or trade-in programme, but we are working on it. Stay tuned!
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, FPX (online banking), GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, PayNow, and PayPal.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do? Please check with neighbours or your building management first, then contact your courier directly with your tracking number. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes! Add a note at checkout requesting gift wrapping and we will wrap your order with kraft paper and a handwritten card at no extra charge.
